  • 4AP Safety and Wellbeing

    The Safety and Wellbeing program provides support for Indigenous women and children in remote areas and areas of high need so they can access services that work with the whole family to address the impacts of violence (through holistic, intensive family case management support and counselling).

  • Aboriginal Programs

    Centacare Catholic Country SA delivers a range of programs aimed at supporting Aboriginal peoples in communities across our regional footprint. Our programs incorporate strong elements of cultural education around identity and attachment to land and heritage.

  • Community Connections

    The Community Connections Program supports people to build stronger social and community connections. Strong social connections can improve quality of life and provide better health outcomes.

  • Counselling Services

    Our professionally trained and qualified counsellors provide confidential counselling services for all individuals and families needing assistance with personal, relationship or family issues including pre or post separation counselling.

  • Distress Brief Support (DBS) Service

    A supportive space when life becomes overwhelming. Short-term, compassionate support for people navigating difficult moments. No referral. No labels. Just genuine care and someone to walk beside you. Available through the DBS team and DBS Community Connection Points.

  • Domestic and Family Violence

    The Ceduna Domestic Violence & Aboriginal Family Violence Service is a service for women and children who are in or have experienced domestic violence or Aboriginal family violence. Our goal is to provide, or ensure provision of, services that support women to develop and maintain a safe and secure environment for their children and themselves. This service is free and confidential.

  • Employee Assistance Program and Mediation Service

    The Employee Assistance Program provides counselling to address the needs of organisations and their employees through a comprehensive range of services, at the core of which is short-term, professional counselling using evidence-based psychological interventions.

  • Family Relationship Centre

    Family Relationship Centre offers services to assist families to reach agreement and resolve their disputes related to family law issues, in particular child and property related matters, outside of the court system.

  • Financial Wellbeing Programs

    Centacare has innovative and accessible financial wellbeing support services to assist individuals and families across the Outback SA regions. With our local knowledge and expertise we have developed programs and services that you will find practical and engaging.

  • FOCCUS Pre-Marital Counselling

    Facilitating Open Couple Communication, Understanding and Study (FOCCUS). As a registered FOCCUS provider, Centacare Catholic Country SA has practitioners throughout our regional footprint available to facilitate pre-marriage preparation sessions. These sessions cover essential topics that help you and your partner understand each other better prior to marriage and build a strong foundation for your future together.

  • Foster Care

    At times parents are unable to care for their children. This can be due to illness, family problems, parent/ child conflict and/or child abuse/neglect. In circumstances where there is no other family member available to care for the children, an approved Foster Carer will provide a safe home environment.

  • Homelessness

    The Ceduna Generic Homelessness Service can provide support with obtaining private rental housing, advocacy with social housing, refer and support for emergency accommodation for individuals, couples and families. Ceduna Generic Homelessness Services can also provide specialised services including the Supportive Housing program. The Ceduna Generic Homelessness Service is a free and confidential service.

  • Parenting Support

    Our professionally trained and qualified case managers and support worker provide confidential services for all individuals and families needing support with child protection concerns.

  • Residential Care

    Centacare Catholic Country SA endeavour to provide a therapeutic model of care for children who are unable to live in a family home.

  • School Counselling

    The School Counselling program is a highly confidential and professional service which supports and assists students with any personal, family or school issues that may be affecting them. This is a contract service offered within schools to support children's wellbeing throughout their school years. The aim of the school counselling program is to support a child to explore options and ways to cope with any situation.

  • SPARC

    The SPARC (Strong People and Resilient Communities) Project is focuses on those who are long-term welfare dependent who have struggled to remain employed due to pressures and barriers outside the workplace. Centacare Catholic Country SA will work with those aged 18 to 65, who were previously long-term unemployed to provide holistic support to reduce the impact of individual and/or environment barriers to remaining employed.

  • Surviving to Thriving Project

    Supporting the Whyalla community through uncertain times. The Whyalla community has faced periods of uncertainty over the years, impacting individuals, families, and local businesses in many different ways. The Surviving to Thriving Team is here to support you, your family, and your friends during challenging times. We understand that uncertainty can affect both your mental and financial wellbeing.
