No Interest Loan Scheme
No Interest Loan Scheme (NILS®) is a community based program set up to help people on low incomes buy essential household items such as a washing machine or furniture. Many low income households manage week to week, but struggle to find the money when they need to buy an expensive appliance.
Centacare Catholic Country SA is a Client Support Provider for NILS in the Eyre and Western Region and can assist you in applying for a NILS.
The No Interest Loan Scheme (NILS) provides individuals and families on low incomes with access to safe, fair and affordable credit.
Loan are available up to a maximum of $1,500 for essential goods and services. Repayments are set up at an affordable amount over 12 to 18 months.
To be eligible for NILS you must have a Health Care Card or be on a low income. Loans cannot be used for cash, bond, rent arrears, debt consolidation, holidays or bills.

Contact your local Centacare Catholic Country SA office to make an appointment at one of our offices based in Whyalla, Port Lincoln, Port Augusta, Ceduna, Koonibba, Yalata, Oak Valley and Coober Pedy.
