How the Employee Assistance Program can help

The Employee Assistance Program consists of a team of highly qualified and experienced Counsellors that can assist with a range of personal or work related issues, including:

  • Stress management and coping skills.
  • Maximising your potential/performance.
  • Conflict and anger in the workplace.
  • Bullying and harassment.
  • Workplace accident, near miss or trauma.
  • Changes at work or home.
  • Balancing family and work responsibilities.
  • Relationship and family problems.
  • Separation and divorce.
  • Concerns about your children or family members.
  • Emotional or physical abuse and domestic violence.
  • Financial or legal problems.
  • Depression and anxiety.
  • Alcohol and other drug related issues.
  • Grief and loss.

Accessing the Service

The opportunity to access this valuable service is free of charge to employees and their immediate family members; and enables you to receive a priority service within the contractual time frame agreed upon.

Participation with the Employee Assistance Program service is voluntary and appointments can be made by self-referral or may be encouraged and/or required by your workplace.
